Hello,
I have an old Wacom Intuos 4 (Model PTK-640). I recently bought a new iMac, currently running Mojave 10.14.6. I have photoshop CC 2019 installed on this new iMac and it's working properly without Wacom tablet. I went to Wacom to download the latest mac OS Driver 6.3.36-2 (macOS 10.11 - 10.14) released on Aug 15, 2019. I installed the driver and could see the Wacom icon in my Systems Preference. I added Photoshop to application list of Wacom Tablet Setup from System Preference. One of the customed function I setup for the touch ring was to Zoom. The LED on the Wacom is on. However, when I opened Photoshop, I couldn't use the Pen or the Touch Ring to zoom.
Any idea of what I did wrong here?
thanks....

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that the Pen and Touch in Photoshop CC 2019 using your Wacom tablet is not working.
Could you please take a look at the suggestions mentioned in this similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/Photoshop/WACOM-Intuos-Pro-not-zooming-suddenly-after-new-driver-toda... anf let us know if that helps?
Thanks,

You downloaded the wrong driver. Get the one that supports your tablet.

Wacom list that driver as correct for the Mac and that tablet

In case you do not figure it out, there is a Wacom Tablet group of Facebook that also might be able to help.
They are super friendly and helpful.
