Opencl is disable photosop cc 2017

New Here ,
Dec 22, 2016 Dec 22, 2016

My graphic card driver is upto date and graphic card software display opengl ver 6.0 is installed.

But I can't enable opencl in photoshop cc 2017. I restart photoshop and computer several time but no benefit.

MY graphic card is ATI redone 5000 series.

My Question is it is photoshop software support problem or Graphic card software problem?

Same problem here, it used to work in the past but not any more. I tried everything suggested on Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues without success. Hope there is a working solution available soon. Tried the NVidia support, no avail. Does anybody know how to resolve this ?

The card is LISTED as supported. It worked fine until the latest PS CC 2017 upgrade (2 weeks ago). In other words, why would support suddenly drop for a card that worked two weeks ago? Nvidea  GeForce 463 GTX v2. Not really THAT old, and Nvidea wrote an upgrade on June 7, 2017. Video cards are cheap, its just the hassle of installing them.

As you can plainly see from above, I have the Nvidea GeForce 463 GTX v2. Perhaps this was the first poster.
