Option playback problem actions

A week later a strange thing happened to me
even if I set the playback options to accelerated
when restarting photoshop it is set automatically on step by step
Is there a solution to this problem?

Make sure your permission are correct it sound like you can not write to your user id Photoshop version preferences folder.
