Permission may be required issue

I'm having issues with my photoshop after I formated my computer

, It keeps saying I need permission to download it from a administrator.

How do I fix this?

Are you subscribed as a single user or are you part of a teams/enterprise account?

If you are - you will need your account admin to deploy the software.

If you are a single user, make sure you are signed in on an account that has admin priviledges.

I'm subscribed as a single user with my school email (sva.edu) , and I bought my plan a few weeks ago.
