Photoshop 20.0.6 - Could not complete your request because of a program error - Windows 10

Still no fix for this? I am getting it at different times while trying to do different things. Like right now, I can't use the type tool. When I let go of the mouse, it says it. So now I can't use words? This is costing me money as I type this out. So glad I pay for this program every month.

Hi there,

We apologize for the program error you are getting while using Photoshop 2019.

Would you mind going to the Preferences for Photoshop > Performance and try the steps mentioned below to check if they help?

1. Increase the RAM usage for Photoshop to 75%.

2. Change the Cache Tile Size to 128K.

3. Change the Cache Levels to 2.

Once you have made the above mentioned changes, quit and relaunch Photoshop and then try to use it to check if it helps. In case you still face issues, you can also try to reset the preferences of Photoshop.

Regards,

Nikunj
