Photoshop 2018 Randomly Changes Colour Profile

Hi, I just downloaded Photoshop CC 2018 I was using CS6, while I'm working it randomly changes colour profiles. I try manually changing the profile again but it doesnt work. I open the file as a RGB file and when it changes the greys go darker and the erased spaces look not erased. I tried changing it to the Monitor Profile and CMYK and but it didn't work. Also I'm sure its not about the monitor its about Photoshop. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi,

1:- Open Color Management in your window

2:- Press Identify Monitors

3:- Press Add

4:- Select srgb Profile.

After doing this. Open your photoshop It will solve your problem.

Thanks.

What are Photoshop’s Edit > Color Settings?

I tried changing it to the Monitor Profile and CMYK and but it didn't work.

What is that supposed to mean?

Please set the Status Bar to »Document Profile« and post meaningful screenshots.

Color Settings sets your color management preferences for future documents and would not affect existing documents unless they have no profile assignment. Open the problem file and check Edit>Assign Profiles... to make sure the file has the a profile assignment. Then when you save the file make sure you include the assigned profile.
