Where is the plugin Folder in Photoshop 2020 for putting 8bf Plugin Files?

I used the

Programme / Adobe / Adobe Photoshop 2020/ Plug-ins

but this does not work for Flaming Pear / India Ink

works fine. By the way, the India Ink Plugin is very good plugin for etching effects with a fair price.
