Hi there,

I am having trouble with opening jpes and pdfs in Photoshop. It either says 'Could not open "file" because of disk error' or 'could not complete your request because a JPEG marker segment length is too short (the file may be truncated or incomplete)'.

I am using macOS Big Sur and all Adobe programs are up to date.

Some files seem to open fine, while others don't.

These files have come from InDesign and sometimes the jpegs export with thin lines through the images.

I am using a brand new latop, so shouldn't have any issues with storage/memory.

Would appreciate any help!
