Photoshop 2021: Send my Saved Blank Document Presets to someone else?

I searched my Adobe files for "New Doc Sizes" but only the default library came up, containing Photoshop's native templates. It doesn't contain any of the blank document presets I've made myself. Where can I find the presets I've made so I can send them to others? I tried using the name of one of my custom presets as a search term but nothing came up.

If you reset the preferences or update PS they may have been overwritten. I like to use my libraries. I can create a new document and save the whole thing in a libary and sometimes I add a layer of text with the specs to so I know what to create next time if it doesn't open correctly from the libary. You can share the libary.
