Hello, in case of a replicable crash, I would recommend to search or create a thread with the same topic on the https://feedback.photoshop.com site, watched by Adobe staff. Make sure to provide as many relevant details as possible, please list crash and text tool and 21.1 in the title, and please add the crash report as well.

    I'm having a recurrent problem with text tool since many versions ago but it is random so I never reported it, but it is so annoying.

    Basically, Photoshop will freeze randomly when editing text very quickly. The UI gets frozen and if I try to save the document it will stall at 99% but never save it actually. So I have to force quit and restart it, which is almost a crash. Windows will stay unresponsive and the interface will not respond well.

    This has happened to me the last couple of years and I have always had the latest Photoshop version.
