PhotoShop 21.2.4 does not freeze but cannot do anything on Windows 10

I have experience this for the third time. All of a sudden, PhotoShop cannot recieved any input or clicks but you can select the layers, and you need to force quit oh the task manager. Please refer to the video in the PowerPoint deck

System:

Windows 10 latest,

AMD Ryzen 7 4800H Processor,

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Graphics
