Photoshop and InDesign activation issues

Question

Hi,I reinstalled a copy of photoshop and indesign cs3 using its original installation support only to find out that the activation servers have been shut down, so i tried the guide on the website on how to install and activate photoshop CS3 (the no activation method) but the serial which it provides is unusable (it display a red cross right beside the inserted serial) i've tried both installations, both serials, even with a clean installation (uninstalled everything from adobe, deleted all the folders, reboot, cleaner tool, reboot and then reinstall), I've tried deleting the cache files, but still nothing...Is there something else I can do...?

I just reinstalled Photoshop CS3 for you to see If I still could. When I installed it the installer did not require a serial number but wanted the machine rebooted. When I started CS3 I was requested toe put in the serial Adobe Had given me. I did and it was accepted with a green check mark the next thing that happened was failure to communicate with an activation server. They where taken down. So I click continue and then click never try to register. I shut down CS3 installed then ran the CS3 Update then installed Camera RAW 4.6. CS3 is a 32Bit application while it will run it can not utilize all machine resources available so its performance will suffer. It is not something you would want on Windows 10 and as CS3 is a 32Bit application it will not run in the near future and most liken not on a modern mac today.

Like CS2 the activation servers were taken down the new download can not be activated however it works without being activated. It worked foe me. But I have removed CS3 because IMO it does not work as well on Windows 10 as it does on windows XP and Windows 7.

Activation or connection error when starting CS3 or Acrobat 8
