photoshop bug with AMD R7 that i connot solve

I have a Lenovo ideaPad 320 AMD version that has some problems with photoshop. When I try to open it, It does not visualize the bar where you can find "File, Edit, Immage ....". I tryed to unistall the last update of my R7 driver and the bug wil be fix. But I want to know if you know other solutions.

This is a screenshot about my Photoshop. I have the last vertion of windows 10.

I solve the problem, I disable my AMD Radeon R8 M365DX. Now it works

I have the same problem but Adobe support tried that and my 2nd monitor on HDMI was disabled and my laptop monitor was at a lower resolution. After 2.5 hours I'm back where I started but wit an older version of PS downloading.
