Photoshop can't load cloud documents and unable to save new documents as jpeg and other formats.

I just updated the photoshop. And when I opened it, it tells me it can't load cloud documents. So, I decided to create a new file. When I tried to save it, it didn't show the option or unable to let me save my work as jpeg, png... I just looked up and followed all the steps on the other support post. But it still not working. Untill now I still can't figure the way out.

Instead of Save As, use Save a Copy. It's new in 22.4.

Open the Creative Cloud app. Try signing out, then sign in again with your Adobe ID and PW. The message you are seeing says you are not connected to Creative Cloud, which is why you cannot see your Cloud documents.
