Photoshop CC 20 v21.2.1 Bug

Hi Guys lately i just updated the PS from the cc 20 to the newest june update 
i have an bug that only came to me on the june update version

which is when i zoom on the corners of any photo " workspace " 
it directs me into them even if i dont needed to go there 
only the corners side the center is fine i tryed installing the AI the june update 
there is no bug at all on him 

i even the checked the settings for zoom options but no solutions .
