Photoshop CC 2017 Issues.

I recently updated to Photoshop CC 2017 and iv been having 3 issues that are really annoying and stupid.

First issue -

wont open any PSD's but can create new ones, even if i make a new document, then save it & close Photoshop i cant reopen that document.

Second Issue -

If i make a new document and put a square on the canvas i have to zoom out and back in for the viewport to update. i have to do this to change anything and its really annoying to do it for every change i do to a document.

If you have any knowledge on whats going on, why Photoshop is doing this or how to fix it please let me know, any response is greatly appreciated!

What looks strange to me in your system info is CC 2017 is subscription software my system infoshow this

License Type: Subscription

License Type: Perpetual

Serial number: 91198701560031595861

You may have an installation problem renpve CC 2017 use Adobe Cleaner to make sure mothing relater to cc 2017 is hanging around and the install cc 2017 again.

When you try to open a psd what happens?

How do you put a square on the canvas? What did you do.

Post your Potoshop menu Help>System Info...

when i try to open a psd nothing happens literally.

and its not like how i put the square onto the canvas, the issue is the same with anything, text , smart layers etc i just used a square as an example.

You meam the open dialog just stays on your display nothing changes at all on your display.

By viewport do you mean the Image Floating window or image tab.  If so which mode do you edit in. Are you on a PC or a Mac? Which OS version.  Is your Display Device driver up to date. Please post your CC 2017 menu Help>System Info..
