Photoshop CC(2017) won't run in Windows 10

I've just updated to the latest version and now Photoshop won't run. "Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 has stopped working" A problem caused the program to stop working correctly etc etc. I have performed the update again and uninstalled/reinstalled all to no avail. First real problem I've had i years.

I've also tried to run as administrator, to no avail again.

Just installed the latest update, very close together the updates, and it seems to be OK now.

i love to work in photoshop cc but my laptop is intel core 2 duo and photoshop cc is running very slow in my laptop so that's why i,m using photoshop cs3 because i need to make new images for my quoteslibrary website in it, can i speed up in my pc for photoshop cc thanks ?
