Photoshop CC 2018 - Baseline Shift & Mouse Wheel Not Applying Until Enter

Hi everyone,

I normally on an older version of photoshop but I am on site this week and they are using cc 2018. When I select a line of a multi-text box and then go into the baseline shift either the box or box title and scroll with my mouse, the numbers go up and down as expected. What isn't happening is that the changes aren't applying on screen until I hit enter. This is insanely counter productive because I am tweaking a lot of text. Is there a setting I am not catching to fix this? I am pretty sure normally as soon as you scroll it was applied, but then again I could be thinking illustrator. Regardless figured I would ask. I also noticed the same issue in other options like tracking. If however I use the click drag feature and left click when done it applies. Hope that makes sense.
