Photoshop CC Crashes

Hi,

We have some issues with our Photoshop CC:

1) We have few crashes a day (we are sending all the crashes reports).

2) We get an error while dragging objects (it comes and goes). Photoshop massage is: "Could not use the move tool because of a program error".

3) Texts are disappearing and the fonts are installed on the computer (again, not all the time).

4) It's freezes sometimes when we copy objects from Illustrator.

We are using the Photoshop mostly for digital design (websites, application, etc.) as part of the Creative Claud.

The PC configuration is:

-Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4592 CPU @ 3.30GHz

- 8GM (RAM)

- Windows 10 (64-bit)

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Reely

Thank you,

We tried the resetting, and we also tried uninstall it.

The Photoshop version is 19.1.0

Here is an update of the post, maybe it will be clearer:

1) We have few crashes a day (we are sending all the crashes reports).

2) We get an error while dragging objects (it comes and goes). Photoshop massage is: "Could not use the move tool because of a program error".

3) When we open an exciting PSD file and trying to change text, We get messages that there are missing fonts, although we have them installed on the computer (again, not all the time).

4) Texts are disappearing when we open exciting PSD file, or while working, but They shows again once we click with the text tool on the layers

5) It's freezes sometimes when we copy objects from Illustrator.

Try updating Photoshop to the latest version 19.1.2

Also have you checked Windows Event Viewer to see if there's any errors relating to Photoshop in the Application log, if so post them here

Can you post your System Info, go to Help > System Info

Hi TZURUXDesign,

If updating Photoshop to 19.1.2 update doesn't help then, please share the crash log from event viewer.
