Photoshop crashes whenever trying to save as jpg/image

Until 2 days ago Photoshop was running perfectly fine. I always use the option to save as psd and save a copy as jpg. Now whenever I save photoshop crashes.


Saving without a jpg copy works, and just saving a jpg crashes. That's why I believe it is related to saving as image.

Hello, sorry to hear that! Which version of Photoshop? 21.2.1? on which OS? check in help>system info.

The image did not load, I see it now.

maybe should the OP post A thread on the https://feedback.photoshop.com site, watched by Adobe staff. Make sure to provide as many relevant details as possible, attach the crash report if you have it.

I have checked all the advise in the posted link, nothing changed. My Photoshop version is 21.2.1.265, my OS is Windows 10.
