Hi guys,
So I might be one of the dinosaurs that still holds out and uses Adobe CS5.5, but maybe someone out there can help me. I recently ran a computer cleaning product after having one of my email accounts hacked (CCleaner) and I think it might have deleted a crucial file.
I can open CS5.5 Photoshop, but as soon as I click anywhere on the file it crashes. I've attached the crash log, if anyone is familiar with this issue, I would appreciate some help.
Thanks,

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about Photoshop crashing, could you please check if a certain plugin is problematic, open Photoshop > go to Edit tab >select Preferences > click Plug-Ins. On the Preferences dialog box, remove Additional Plug-Ins Folder by deselecting it then click OK. Close and re-open Photoshop for the changes to take effect. If the problem still occurs, additional plugins are not the reason your Photoshop crashes. If it stops, additional plugins are the main reason. You have to remove it. You may also open Additional Plug-Ins Folder to where it is located and rename the files within the folder.
Also, you may try updating the video drivers from the manufacturer's website and see if it helps.
Regards,
Sahil
