PHOTOSHOP CS6 CAMERA RAW PROBLEM
HI I HAVE RECENTLY GOT PHOTOSHOP CS6 ON MY PC BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN MY RAW IMAGE FILES. KINDLY PLEASE ADVICE. I AM USING WINDOWS10 ALL IN 1 ICORE3 PROCESSOR.

I also need help with this. I upgraded my camera to a D810. I clicked on HELP and then tried to click on upgrade but it wouldn't let me.

For the Nikon 810 you need adobe camera raw 8.6 or later
Cameras supported by Camera Raw
If you have CS6 (the same as the original poster) then you can download the latest version for CS6 which is ACR9.1.from the link below
Camera Raw installer for Adobe Photoshop CC and CS6
The link below lists the ACR versions for each version of Photoshop. If you camera requires a later version of ACR than the one compatible with your version of Photoshop then you will need to use the DNG convertor to convert the RAW files to DNG then open them with your version of ACR
