I'm unable to click on the advanced drawing mode on my cs6 extended

Is Your CS6 Updated to version 13.0.6, or 13.0.1.3, or 13.1.2..  Is your Display device driver up tor date. What kind do you have> Post your Performance preferences so we can see what Adapter you have. Better Still post your CS6  menu Help>System Info so we can see what you have installed and how your CS6 is configured.

    Adobe Help defines the drawing modes as: shape layers, paths, and pixels. What is "advanced drawing mode"? A screen shot may help for those of us who haven't used CS6 for a while so we can see the issue.
