In the preferences, Photoshop is insisting on using the Intel UHD Graphics 630 which I assume is on the i5-10600K 6 core processor. How can I get it to find the Nvidia GPU? After Effects and Premier are using it nicely, but they also offer the choice of using a CUDA GPU. I have the latest version of Photoshop. Thanks for any help!

Okay - I know it seems like a stock answer, but have you checked your driver version? the 1660 is listed on Photoshop's pages as being tested with Photoshop and should be working - please note - they seem to be speaking of the OpenGL implementation. Do you have that enabled for your card? This page also has a link to troubleshooting issues with GPU's:
