Photoshop doesn't work on macOS Catalina 10.15.1

Hello, Adobe!

I have a 13' MacBook Pro 2017 with macOS Catalina 10.15.1

I downloaded from the official site and installed Creative Cloud, through which I installed Adobe Photoshop 2020 version 21.0.

I activated and launched a 7-day trial version.

It starts, but when I try to do any action (create a document, open an existing document, go into the settings), it gives this error window. In english it sounds like "Unable to execute request software failure". Photo attached.

I removed all using AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and reinstalled Photoshop. The situation has not changed.

I cleaned the computer, deleted PS through CleanMyMac2, all in vain.

I really do not want to reinstall the system because of this.

I read that for many people, Photoshop is already running on macOS Catalina. Mine does not even allow you to create a document. This is very sad and I would like to correct this situation with your help. Thank!

I don’t know how it works, but when I deleted all the files for "adobe" from the search and reinstalled Photoshop, it worked. It was easy.

Thanks for reply and your time italosan!

Hello, italosan! Thanks for your reply.

This guide describes the problems when working with the program, as I understand it. But i cant even create a document or going to settings. Immediately there is an error that I described above.

Of the items listed in guide, using AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool is suitable for me, but this did not help.

Forgive the rather trivial question, have you checked if there are any updates for your computer?

I'm having the same black workspace issue. When you say you deleted adobe from search, what do you mean?
