I have explored other forum posts related to this error but none have solved it. Photoshop recently started crashing every time I use it. It isn't any specific action that triggers it as far as I know. Sometimes it happens within a minute of opening my files, and sometimes it takes up to five minutes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop, unchecking "Use Graphics Processor", resetting my preferences, and lowering the allowed memory usage, but none of these work.
Here are the problem details:

Hi Infectedarceus,
We're sorry to hear about the error, the faulty module nvoglv64.dll depicts that the error is related to the graphics processor.
Could you please try updating the gpu drivers from manufacturer's website and let us know if it helps?
Make sure you uninstall the current driver(s) that you have installed before installing the new version (verify the uninstall by checking whether the DLL file involved in this error has been removed from your system).
Regards,
Sahil

Uninstall the nvidia drivers, restart your system into Safe Mode, run DriverSweeper* to get rid of the junk that the uninstaller didn't remove and then install the drivers again. If that still doesn't work then install some older drivers.

I tried both of these and they failed. A short time after I start working on a file, the window flashes black and freezes before closing shortly after. This only happens in Photoshop.

its been long time this problem seems nobody couldn't solved yet, i have exactly same problem since it shows bex64 and nvoglv64.dll log. and again, exactly since around the date you posted this.
im using gtx 650ti, tried latest driver didn't help me get rid of this.
but i just tried this, uncheck "use graphic processor" works good but i start annoyed by smh graphic glitchy when working, as its no anti alias at all.
second thing, i just leave "use graphic processor checked but i put out one stick of ram, so i use single 4gb ddr3 stick, and its work like a charm. but the solution of detatching ram just in case for photoshop and adobe premier pro sometimes. i need more ram in other app.
do you think this problem could probably hardware fault?
