Photoshop freezes and error message

Hi, everyone can I please ask for some help or advice? I have a almost 2 years old Aero 15 Gigabyte laptop running on windows 10 and latest Photoshop version (20.0.4) with a GEFORCE GTX 1060 graphic card.

It was fine up until 3 days ago, I didnt know what changes, I updated all photoshop update and windows update as usual, the next day I can't use my photoshop anymore, Lightroom is still working fine. I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling photoshop, rolling back my NVIDIA driver version, tried all previous photoshop versions. Nothing works.

After the windows update some of my folder got this double blue arrow, I didn't know if this is affecting anything, but this is the only thing that is new after that windows  update.

Please help, I'm frustrated as all my works are now delayed. Thank you for any help/advice you can give
