Have you tried disabling Homescreen and the New Document Windows?

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, setting the old interface it works, but the above error occurred only after the new release, and the new interface is pretty much better than the old one

Is there any chance to have that error to be fixed please?

Thanks again

Just to make sure: This is a user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Does turning on (or off, depending on the current settings) Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Legacy Compositing and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Hi pfaffenbichler,

I just followed your hint:

Go to Edit (Windows) / Photoshop (macOS) > Preferences > General.

In the Preferences dialog, select the Use Legacy New Document Dialog and deselect the Auto-Show the Home Screen option.

...

And yes, this way let me open a new document using the old interface, i hope that Adobe now will fix the new interface also

Thanks again for your hint

Thanks
