Photoshop image resize 237x296 pixels with 300dpi

im trying to resize image to 237x296 pixels with 300dpi resolution.I know how to resize it buy for some reason i can't come up with the way to set resolution to 300 dpi.Someone please help me .Thanks

Please post the image.

Are you trying to resample or to only change the resolution (Image > Image Size with »Resample« unchecked)?

how do i post image on here?When i uncheck resample, my dpi goes to 300 but my pixel resolution gets reset
