Photoshop in monitor is pixelated

Hi,

I currently have a laptop computer and a 1920x1080 60Hz monitor. For some reason, just recently, everything in my photoshop is extremely pixelated and looks aliased. It's not just text, it's all objects, shapes, and smart objects.

The program also acts in a weird way. If I'm not using my monitor and I open the files, it renders perfectly. If I open the photoshop file in my computer screen and move it to the monitor, it continues to be rendered perfectly. Only if I use my monitor to open the photoshop file will it appear pixelated and rough. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Everything was working fine just a week ago.

At what zoom percentage are you zoomed to.   What is the size and resolution of your actual image.
