Photoshop looks different super weird

So i was working on photoshop it was fine, but after i update the windows and reinstall photoshop (2021 latest version) it looks so weird there is no color on it and no ui colors just it feels like I'm working in 1990 it's grey and black only and looks so bad i can't work on it please tell me the solution

First, try disabling GPU in the preferences (Preformance). Any better?
If not, recalibrate and build a new ICC profile, the old one might be corrupted.
If you are using software/hardware for this task, be sure the software is set to build a matrix not LUT profile, Version 2 not Version 4 profile.
