Photoshop Mobile on iPad will not load

I've been having an ongoing issue with PS on my iPad Pro. I open the app, and it has a never-ending loading screen. My internet connection is good, I've reset the app settings, it has permission to access my photos, and it still won't load. It used to open and immediately show my work screen, but now it will not. At this point, it;s utterly useless. I'm attaching a screen-capture video of the perpetual loading message.

I've been having the same problem for weeks (deleting & reinstalling and when I can actually use the app, the document does not sync with the cloud & so all work is lost). I'm using an iPad Pro (2020) with over 900GB of space and the most current versions of iOS & Photoshop. All the other Adobe apps work perfectly.

The only work-around I've found is to delete the app and then re-install it EVERY TIME I want to use it. This is really unacceptable and very time-consuming. PS mobile used to work great, about a year and a half ago. Yes, it had fewer features, but at least it would open the photos and let you edit them. More bells and whistles are useless if you can't use them.

I know some others were told to go to settings and select "allow access to all photos," but I do not have that option in my PS mobile settings menu. It only has "add to photos" and "none" as choices.

how much curent space do you have on your device?  Sometimes that affects how the app opens
