Hi there,

Sorry that you keep getting an error message that " virtual memory is full" and cannot use Photoshop as a result.

This problem with virtual memory occurs when there is not enough storage memory on the harddrive. But as you've mentioned that you have over 380 GB of free space, it seems that the app might be miscalculating it. Please checkout this article for more details about managing or specifying virtual memory: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/optimize-photoshop-cc-performance.html#specify-fixed-virtual-memory-windows

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3
Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Akash
