Photoshop patch tool: can't find it

Where is the patch tool/ healing tool for crying out loud??? I can't seem to find it anymore...

In the tool bar, 

 click on the dots  . . . 

Edit toolbar

Restore defaults

I have version 21.1.1.

I can't seem to find those dots....

Found it!!!

Apparently my toolbar was set to a 3D mode. All I needed to do is shift it to painting and the options were back again.

It's under the set of tools from the eighth icon down from the top. (Assuming you have defaults set.) Click and hold the icon to access it.
