photoshop pixelated work space

Every time when I open a new project or an image with Photoshop cs6 workspace is super weird, please help whats happinin. I'm using win7 professional as OS.Screenshot_1.jpg

That look more like a Device  or  software driver problem causing  corruption like noise in Photoshop UI Image display area. Windows 7 and CS6 are no longer supported so that Software would not have change in years.  Try running software to check out your systems hardware.  Also reset you Photoshop prefences make sure they are not corrrupted.

Thanks for your quick replay JJMack. I could reset PS preferences holding  Shift+Ctrl+Alt on relaunch. And that did not work, workspace is still the same. But I don't know how can I run a software to check out my systems hardware if my Photoshop CS6 suitable

I've downloaded and re-installed Nvidia graphic card driver, now everthing seems OK with my photoshop.Thanks again
