photoshop "export as" doesn't work

hello,

I have problems using the "export as" function in the photoshop CC 2017 version.

When I try to use the export as function the frame doesn't open and the screen just freezes.

Can anyone help me?

    I resetted the export prefs ... but no change.

    Export processing still not ending. Does not work.


    Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

     When I try to export my work, it's not even showing anything, please who can help me out with this?

    Same just happened to me a couple days ago, and i still couldn't fix it 😞 hope I'll find a way, and if anyone happened to solve the problem - post your solution here please!

      I experience same issue as Julia above. I was able to use Export & Quick Export on Dec 8 2022, Dec 9 2022. But today, Dec 22 2022, the feature doesn't work. Tried resetting PSD settings when open. Didn't fix. Tried rebooting sysyem. Didn't fix.

      I use Windows. I have 2 configs / accts of Adobe CC -- on Work system and on personal Home system.

      • Work system is up-to-date as of 2 days ago v24.1. Export feature does NOT work.
      • Home system using older v23.5.1. Export does work on Home system.

      Please provide more information.What is your Operating system?

      • Export as settings?(Post a screenshot)

      Are you able to reproduce the same issue with a different document?

      Hi, I have got a similar problem.

      Export funciton does not work anymore.Tried differnt pics. Setting are not cofigurable.

      OSX 10.11.6, PS CC 2017
