Photoshop slow to load, slow to export
For about the past week, Photoshop CC 2017 has taken approximately 40 seconds from the time I launch it until the recent images screen appears and then it's another half minute or so before an image will launch.
Once the program is running, everything runs normally until I try to export an image. Example: File > Export > Quick Export as PNG. The location chooser dialog takes 28 to 33 seconds to display. Once it has displayed, the export process works as expected.
I see the same kind of performance issues with Dreamweaver.
Other applications are operating normally.
System specifications (full system report is available as system.zip, but I see no way to attach it😞
