Photoshop splitting my image into two equal halves.

Hello all,

For some strange reason (probably user error), PS cc is splitting my image into two equal halves.  I just purchased and downloaded PS cc.  I created a custom dimension for a banner (891mm x 420mm) for a collage of three A3 size images. The first 345mm of the collage can be seen, then the next 92mm is blank, followed by another 345mm showing, and then the rest is blank.

At first, I thought it may have been an issue with how I placed the images using the frame tool.  So, then I tried cropping the images and copied and pasted them into the dimension.  It printed out with the exact same results.  I decided to scrap the image altogether and just print a different image.  The image had different but similar dimensions but it too stopped printing 345mm into it then resuming after 92mm.

I thought it was my printer (HPZ2100 44" photo printer). I ran a color diagnostic test and it laid out its entire test image across the entire width of the roll. I'm hoping someone here would be able to help.
