When I try to do something in Photoshop large Temp files are written on my hard drive. The second problem is that my CPU is always 100% used. I have tried to reset my preferences but still have the same problem.

Thank in advance for your answer how can I fix it.

The "large temp files" is the Photoshop scratch disk. Raster image editing requires huge amounts of memory, much more than any RAM you may have installed. So temporary working data are written to disk. It's normal. You need to make sure you have enough free disk space for Photoshop to work normally.

Don't know about the CPU, we need more specifics. Post system info, screenshots from Task Manager, what you're doing when this happens.
