Photoshop transform no longer maintains ratio

Hey everyone.

All of a sudden, in the middle of my workflow, the default for transforming seems to have reverted to the old way of doing things, where you have to hold down the shift key if you want to maintain the ratio while scaling.

Everything was working fine until about 15 mins ago. I've rebooted Photoshop but it persists - and not just in one document.

Thoughts?

Ignore: I restored my Photoshop preferences from yesterday, through Time Machine, and it's all good now 🙂
