Im currently in High School, and my design teacher said that I can download photoshop on my PC through my school account. I did that but when it said to authenticate me by going to another browser, it says i'm authenticated but it doesn't work. The "if browser not responding, click here" also isn't working. Not sure what to do. Please help?
If you are using an account provided by your school, you need to talk to the IT department at your school. They are the ones who can authenticate that you are included in their account.
If it is an account that you are paying for yourself, there is a different answer. Let us know.
