plugins greyed out

Brr, goin' a bit crazy here

spend a whole day yesterday with support regarding a problem with mp4 in cc2019

where i had to change all kinds of settings to my photoshop

sadly enough the problem was not resolved, but since I have an additional one!

certain plugins are greyed out and can no longer be used

the layer is in 8 bit, so that's not the problem

windows 10/ cc2019

please please help!

    Ah, OK. I'm afraid we'll have to ask the usual "what changes of the settings did you make" question then. Please give some details and we might be able to help!

    i just see that they become available when i rasterise the layer.
    But off course that's not a solutiuon since I must be able to use them on smart objects.

    Is it possible that some of the plugins are older versions and don't work with current versions of PS? You might check with some of the third-party problematic plugin sites to see if something broke along the way. Adobe will most likely not be too helpful if you call support, since the plugins aren't theirs.

    no, they worked yesterday ;-)

    they stopped working after the changing of the settings

    also flame of photoshop and others are greyed out
