Problème PS après une réinstallation de windows

j'ai récemment réinstallé windows sur mon PC, puis j'ai réinstallé Lightroom classic CC et Photoshop CC à partir d'adobe creative cloud.

Les installations se sont bien passées mais il y a maintenant un problème avec PS. Dès que j'ouvre une photo j'ai un des deux messages suivants :

- opération impossible en raison d'une erreur du programme

ou

- erreur d'E/S erreur générale de PS

Il paraît que le problème est connu chez Adobe et que ça doit être corrigé avec une prochaine mise à jour, mais je viens de faire une mise à jour aujourd'hui et le problème persiste

And just Why did you have to reinstall Windows on your computer?

You might have a hardware problem that you thought reinstalling windows would fix. That is never the case, If you do have some type of hardware malfunction.

No problem on windows, all my others applications are OK, for exemple LR,
except PS.
I reinstall windows from time to time (every Three years) to improve the
performances of my computer

Then the reinstall of LrC and or Ps is fubar in some way and you might want to uninstalll and reiinstall them.

Or you didn't setup the proper access, Permissions, on Windows as they were before you did the reinstall.

In all honesty I have been running the same install of Windows 7 and Upgrade over the top of Win 7 to Win 10 since around March of 2011. System still runs fine.

I use to do reinstalls back in XP, 98 days but haven't seen the need since I started using Win7 and now 10.

On the advice of Adobe, I reinstalled the previous version of PS and it
works perfectly fine. The problem is with the latest version of PS (V22)
