Info:  Dell laptop     Windows 10        Elements 2021

When creating a slideshow my screen and cursor do not behave correctly.

The screen displays the "loading" message.

When it goes to the "preview" message, the panel on the left side displays the "film" icon, the "themes" icon, and the "audio" icon, but the top "film" icon immediately jumps off the top of the screen leaving just the bottom two icons.  Thus, I cannot access the next step.  In addition, the cursor is off.  When I place the cursor about an inch below the "audio" icon, I can access the "audio" setting.  Likewise with the "themes" setting, but the cursor will not access the disappeared icon.  The Esc key does take me to the "save" or "cancel" display.

The "slideshow" works correctly on my other laptop, an HP.  So it appears to be a problem with my Dell, but I have seen no other problems in other programs.

I have changed both the size and display resolution in settings from the recommended 125% and 1920 x 1080 pixels to no avail.  I do not know where else to look.

It acts the same way on the old version Elements 2018.
