PROBLEM: Stitching panorama with 70% overlapping images

Hello Ladies and Gents,

I have a problem creating a panorama in Lightroom/Photoshop. Due to the previous experience with stitching images in Photoshop I knew I have to have at least 70% overlapping photos to do it seamlessly. Unfortunately it gives me some strange results which really bothers me - if I look through the images one by one they're almost so perfectly aligned that I could do it by myself. How is it come that the script is not doing it properly?

I tried few strategies, for example stitching lines of images from same height and then stitch them together - no luck Also tried the software called Hugin - it gives me better results but still comes with major mistakes.

Please take a look at the images - I took them on tripod, moving the camera from left to right, then up and then from right to left. As You can see there's so much equal points that Photoshop shouldn't have any problem with it:

Funny thing: I decided to record the video instead of posting so you could guys see how I took the photos and so on. After 15minutes of talking and waiting for the process of stitching I came out with almost perfectly aligned panorama... It took me, as I said in the beginning, few days and different methods (like stitching the lines of the image and then trying to create the whole image) and I still didn't get even close to the results I got while recording the video.

The reason for that, I think, may be:

- I shut down the iMac (not restarted, shut down completely for a few minutes so it could dump everything);

- managed even more free space on main SSD (which was 100GB free but Photoshop sometimes gave me prompts that there's not enough space on the hard drive which meant the cache is getting too big); - I think this was the main reason for the problem!!!

- got only Lightroom and Photoshop opened (28GB of memory free), not spotify nor the e-mail etc.;

- they updated the Photoshop two times in the previous days;

What I noticed is:

- when You get at least one prompt about not having enough disk space, the panorama won't come out looking good;

- when You have less than 12GB of free memory available, the panorama won't come out looking good (which is strange but could be obvious at the same time: one DSLR image is 30mb and 5000px wide - multiply by 60 images and You get a real memory hog);

- the Photoshop remains wired to the memory even if you use memory cleaner - just force quit and open it again;

- the aligning of the images is not that important. Photoshop will still create few bugs from time to time - You must manage them by Yourself through few takes: the script will f*** up different parts of the image every time so in the end You can mask them together;

stiching errors can happen if you have a bad parallax setting ..just plopping your camera on a tri pod is the quick and dirty way to get pano but the computer will see images twice in different areas .. i just got a nodal slider kit for panoramas because of stitching errors .

in other words it may not be a photoshop error

        paulwieczorek​ the software i believe is 90usd.. but nodal slider kits varys the bushman kalahai v2 looks super interesting for 5--usd nodal ninja kits start around 300 mirrorless and realy right stuff as well but full frame easily doubles... im trying to use a multi row by rrs but theres an initial step to calibrating the entry pupal . ive doene a few stitches i still get parralax errors very few now but im not sure if its hard ware or software!!?? still on cc ps 2017
