Hi,
Today I bought Creative Cloud Photography Plan. Then Adobe found that my Imac hasn't enough features to run PS CC 2019 and installed PS CC 2018. I tried to work with the oil painting filter, but it doesn't worked. Instead it gave me this error:
But the filter WASN'T GREYED OUT. I tried to find a solution in the forum, but nothing works. Then I updated my software to macOS Mojave Version 10.14 (the latest version) and when my computer was running again I updated to PS CC 2019. It still doesn't work. But surprisingly the oil painting brush isn't never greyed out, which is a little bit weird.
These are my settings:
In conclusion: none of the 2 different versions of Adobe Photoshop CC 2018/2019 are running the oil painting filter and I have also an issue with the paint brush. Sometimes when I use one specific cloud brush it activates suddenly the SMUDGE TOOL and I'm not able to use the paint brush. I have to swith no another cloud brush because of this problem.
Hopefully someone has similar problems and could help me to fix both issues.
Thanks in advance for any help.
