Program error message

When I working with Photoshop 22.1 I get a Error message often, I've heard it's because of to little memory, but I've got 16gb RAM and I use 3 external harddrives as Scratch disks. I've even heard that if you have plugins like NIK or Topaz it shows error or if you have a lot of Brushes.

Why do I get this Error messages? I have changed back to version 22.0 and it works allright.

It can not be the intention to change computers just for the program to work?

You can also post your system info here for the developers to look at it:
