program error on using puppet warp

Just completed latest PS update.  when using puppet warp after placing second pin get error message program error. then everything is greyed out. put machine to sleep and re awake and its active again. but same occurs when trying to use puppet warp. also why oh why do my own brushes get wiped out when i do an update. I have them saved but i have to re install each time. so annoying.

Hi dont update it if all is working good for you because in updates some new features come which are in beta mode so cause problems....regards

Just tested the Puppet Warp tool with Photoshop 21.1.3 and it's working fine for me on Windows 10, have tried resetting your PS preferences.

You may want to backup your settings beforehand
