Program error while opening files in Photoshop

it wont open any files it keeps saying program error. signed up for free trial and if its not fixed soon i dont want my card charged because i was going to buy it but not paying for somthing thats not working

Sorry that you're getting a program error while opening files in Photoshop. 

Which exact version of Photoshop are you using and what is your operating system? Are you getting the program error while opening all the files?

Would you mind updating to the latest version 22.0.1 of Photoshop as it does include fix for some of the program error issues. Please refer this article for more details: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html#ProgramErroropeningfiles
