PS CC 2019 No Longer Anti Aliasing

I have just recently updated my Photoshop CC to 2019 (20.0.0) and my objects no longer smooth out when I rescale. I used to grab the sizing square to reduce the size and then get a dialog box asking me to "Apply". I click OK and the object would smooth out but it doesn't do that any more. Now I scale down the object and it looks like a jagged pixel mess. Any help is appreciated.

What interpolation do you have set? "Nearest Neighbor" will do that:

Hi shdooley,

We're really sorry for all the trouble. Could please turn on the "Legacy Compositing" in Photoshop preferences > Performance tab, restart Photoshop and let us know if that helps.

Also, you can refer the following article to check what's new in Photoshop CC 2019: New and enhanced features | Latest release of Photoshop CC

Regards,

That change didn't work. I'll try the article.

I had it set to "Nearest Neighbor". I changed it to "Bilinear" and that did the trick. Thanks

OS being used? What is the method for resizing these objects? (e.g., Are you placing when resizing? Simply using the Transform command?) Can we see examples?

Windows 10. I cut and past an object into the image. Then I grab a corner handle to scale it down.
